Moving towards a “self-onboarding” model for retailers, the company provided Mobile POS (mPOS) with Springboard system to engage, regain valuable square footage, and influence buying behavior at the point of decision. Recently, Springboard implemented its mPOS solution for In the Pink retailer to enhance their customer’s sales. In span of four months, the client increased their net sales by 23.2 percent, unit sales by 18.4 percent and overall transactions at the store by 22 percent. “Not only did we instantly see an increase in sales and transactions, we also saw that we improved the store environment and customer experience,” notes Russell.
